Resolved
It looks like the issue resolved itself, and the sites were never down (an issue on our end). I felt that it was from the start, but I also want to keep our customers in the loop, therefore I felt it needed to be addressed.
Update to the update:
About half the sites I attempt to navigate to are unreachable - odd. I am still investigating.
Quick Update
Looks to be more than just our range. I can't get to anything except the big 'G' here - so that tells me that it is on my end. Going to figure it out on my end, but still see if there are issues out there, or if I am being paranoid.

Our new provider is unreachable from our office. Investigating the issue - is it our ISP or our provider? It appears that the range is unreachable, so that is a hint to me that it is on our end - if not, they're undergoing either a massive infrastructure failure (including redundances), or they are under massive attack. Will post more information as I discover it.
